quality toiletries new hairdryer thoughtful touch

I stayed in the superior double room dog friendly. the room included a coffee machine and homemade biscuits. A really thoughtful touch. top quality toiletries and a brand new dyson hairdryer were available.

the menu in the main restaurant felt quite limited though the furnishings were nice.

helpful staff sumptuously decorated spaces limited menu hard mattress

the staff were always helpful i could also take my little dog into the lovely lounge all the hotel areas had sumptuously decorated spaces i found this charming.

the menu was the same most nights this made it a struggle to know what to eat after a few days i think it could do with a few more choices overall it was still nice though the mattress and pillows were too hard for my liking.

The staff at check-in were excellent. Especially helpful.

I booked a two-night stay with dinner included. It cost a substantial amount. The cleanliness of the room was questionable. Many areas were dusty! This was not what I expected.

dirty nespresso machine poor housekeeping

The nespresso machine still had used pods. It seems housekeeping wasn't thorough. the bin also had not been emptied. tables remained empty, though staff said they were reserved and refused service even when no one came.

The suite upgrade was fabulous. The food was delicious (I especially enjoyed the breakfast!). The location is perfect for exploring North Norfolk.
